Collective Bunch is a Vancouver nonprofit that brings creative people, working professionals and opportunity-makers into the same rooms - and gives those encounters enough structure to become something real.
The simple idea
Talent is already here.
The problem is rarely imagination. It is access: to people who know how the industry works, to honest feedback, to paid experience, to financing, to networks and to the moment when somebody says, “Come with me.”
Collective Bunch was created in 2020 to make more of those moments possible across film, advertising and culture.
How we work
Open the room
Introductions, mentors and professional context can alter a career. We make access practical.
Make something happen
Programs should leave evidence: stronger work, better connections, new confidence and a credible next step.
Keep the door moving
Each participant can become a collaborator, mentor or doorway for somebody coming next.
